Jürgen Benkovich, founder and managing director of ideenparc, is a renowned expert in various areas of marketing and brand management, such as the development of positioning and growth strategies as well as customer-centric product development and performance management systems. He has a strong background in the design and operational implementation of market-driven portfolio strategies and messaging platforms for different target groups in the B2C and B2B environment. Furthermore, Jürgen developed several innovative segmentation concepts which aim to achieve a lasting impact on customer attitude and behavior by optimizing the brand user experience across all touch points.

During his 18-year consulting career he was project leader for various global clients from several industries like energy, telecommunications, IT, FMCG, consumer electronics, automotive, financial services and media. Among other major engagements, he was responsible for the development and activation of a new global positioning strategy for a leading international provider of IT solutions and services, which also encompassed the complete redesign and optimization of the global sales enablement.

Jürgen Benkovich holds a diploma in business administration from the Munich School of Management at the Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München with a specialization on marketing, empirical and innovation research and corporate governance.


Dr. Tobias Schnitzer, co-founder of ideenparc, has been fascinated by the different aspects of strategic and operational marketing since starting his professional career over 16 years ago. With his academic background from the Ludwig-Maximilians-University (Munich, MBR, Ph.D.), the Center on Global Brand Leadership (Columbia University, ESADE, LMU) and the „Centre d`enseignement de des recherches en Euromarketing“(CEREM) at the Solvay Business School, he applies his expertise as a strategic marketing consultant for many national and international companies in energy, IT, telecommunication, finance & insurance, logistics, e-commerce or automotive.

His professional work is primarily focused on the development of positioning strategies, messaging architectures and customer-driven marketing strategies. The results are always based on a thorough analysis, which leverages his broad expertise and methodological strengths in quantitative and qualitative market research. These results often act as a catalyst for customers’ business development roadmap.

As a coach for marketing and branding he worked at the IHK (Chamber of Commerce), the HFF Munich (University of Film and Television), the HAM (University for Applied Management), UdK (Berlin University of the Arts), TUM (Technical University of Munich) and for various international companies (e.g. McDonalds, HDI).
